- Star Cement Limited (SCL) will not be responsible for any refunds arising out of any failures in online payments and in case the amount gets deducted from customers saving/current account, credit/debit card and does not get credited in SCL account, before the transaction is complete. Users in this case will have to contact his Bank to clarify the same and get refund.
- SCL shall have right to adjust any excess amount paid by the party with the future orders or else with the final settlement whichever so is earlier.
- SCL shall have the right to forfeit or adjust the whole or part of customers security deposit held with SCL in the manner as SCL may deem fit at the time of final settlement account.
- SCL reserves the right to modify and amend refund policy at its sole discretion.
