- Before you register, ensure to have a valid email id and a phone number.
- In case user wants to change the mobile no. and email id, it can do so by registering new mobile no. and email id and cancel the existing registered no. and id.
- The mobile application is prohibited to limited usage.
- The company can terminate any mobile application user if found misleading and contrary to the policies of the Company without any further intimation to the user.
- The payment clauses solely depend on the Company purview.
- This mobile application does not create any right in favour of any of the application users.
- All taxes existing or new levied by the Govt. will be payable extra by the applicant, without disputing the same.
- The company reserves all the right to withdraw the application anytime without any references.
- Any disputes are within the jurisdiction of the Kolkata Court.
